CIRCUIT CITY is our rotating circuit based class. Jump in on a workout full of mixed movement combinations catering to functional and athletic based development. The progression
of mid/high tempo body movements, specialty equipment, and multidirectional agility drills makes for a cardio building experience. More than an ordinary "boot-camp" style class, We pack it with purpose.
GROUP CON is a midweek wildcard class. It provides a break from our timer controlled workouts and puts the pace and freedom into your hands. With guidance from our coach on technique, You'll go through a range of self designated warm ups, strength movements and core movements all in one session. Full body conditioning is the focal point of this routine wheres self approach leads to self accomplishment.
ROCK THE BELLS is our informative and educational take on the fundamentals of dumbbell, barbell, and kettlebell training. While providing a low intensity yet efficient workout; we show you proper form, tempo, tips, and key focuses within ranges of motion. Great for beginners all the while providing heavier lifters with new knowledge and technique. Everyone wins.
BOXFIT is our way of keeping your week feeling strong. This group training class fuses fundamental boxing technique and combos with functional intensity workouts. The result will surely deliver you a burst of fierce energy to unleash a bit of power and grit into your midweek routine. A great class for all fitness levels looking to have some stress relieving fun in a creative way.
TRX/Suspension style training quickly became a "must use" fitness tool - and with great reason. We incorporate the TRX Suspension trainer in a full body workout that can be used to pilot a mid to high-tempo class. Enhance: balance, range of motion, muscle efficiency, power, and core strength with our spin on this style of fitness. Great for all levels of fitness.
